I recently stayed at a small and welcoming hotel with an excellent location near the last Christmas market. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing guidance to nearby shops where we could buy everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty, with typical German bread and spreads. The hotel had fast Wi-Fi and a TV with plenty of channels. The location was not so close to the city center, but there were good local tram and train connections.
The entrance, stairs, and elevator of the hotel could use some renovation.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from the downtown area and Christmas markets. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. And finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and a very comfy bed. The big roofterrace on level 4 was a great bonus, offering a nice place to relax and enjoy the views. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch.
Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.
